Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. During new launches, sales, holidays or high-order periods, processing may take a little longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available.

After your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes:

depending on your location and courier service.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, public holidays, courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Sometimes the courier takes a little longer than expected.
If your tracking hasn't changed for several days or your package appears to be stuck, contact us and we'll help you check the status.
