How do I place an order?

Enter your delivery details, complete your payment and we'll take care of the rest.

How do I choose my T-shirt size?

We do our best to show product colours accurately.
However, colours can appear slightly different depending on your phone, monitor, brightness and screen settings.
How should I wash my T-shirt?

As a general rule, washing your T-shirt according to its care label will help maintain the fabric and print for longer.

Do you ship across India?

We currently ship across India.
Your thought can travel from Gurgaon to Mumbai, Delhi to Bengaluru, Jaipur to Chennai — and beyond.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days.
After dispatch, delivery generally takes around 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes.
We currently offer free shipping on orders above ₹999.
Applicable shipping charges for orders below the threshold will be shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send tracking information when available.

Can I return my T-shirt?
Yes, subject to our return conditions.
Return or exchange requests should generally be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product should be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

Yes, where eligible and subject to availability.

Can I return a personalised or customised T-shirt?
Personalised, customised or final-sale products may not be eligible for return.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We're sorry — that's definitely not the thought we intended to send you.
Contact us as soon as possible with:

- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
We'll review it and help with the next steps.
How long does a refund take?
Once an approved return reaches us and passes inspection, we'll initiate the refund.
The time it takes for the money to appear in your account can depend on your payment method and bank/payment provider.

We don't need you to send payment details to us through email, WhatsApp or social media.

My payment was successful but I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Don't place another order immediately.
First check your email and order history.
If the payment was deducted but you don't see an order, contact us with the payment reference/order details and the email address used at checkout.
